Wheel thrown cups using white stoneware clay. Cups are coloured with underglaze and etched into in a technique called ‘sgraffito’. Sgraffito is a decorating technique, where a top layer of coloured slip or underglaze is scratched through to reveal a contrasting colour underneath.
